Every job I take on, I treat like it's my own business on the line — clean, reliable, and built to last. Here are a couple of recent ones.
A local business had years of equipment and cabling piled on a desk — power bricks, routers, and cords everywhere, hard to manage and easy to knock loose. I rebuilt the whole thing into an organized, wall-mounted setup on battery backup, and got them onto dependable high-speed internet while I was at it.
I spec and build the computers I put in front of clients, so it would be strange not to do the same for myself. This is the workstation everything at Level Up Technologies runs on — client sites, service reports, invoices, backups, remote sessions. Nothing in it was chosen to win a benchmark. It was chosen to still be working in five years.
Most business computers aren’t built, they’re bought — whatever was on sale, in whatever case it came in, with cooling sized for the cheapest possible configuration. Then they get slow in two years and everyone assumes that’s just how computers are. It isn’t. It’s what happens when nobody plans it.
Let’s talk about your setup →

Five days ago my invoices were written by hand, one at a time, with no template and no numbering. Today a customer taps Pay and the invoice marks itself paid before I’ve set the phone down. I built the whole thing — because nothing I could buy fit how the shop actually works.
Most small businesses run on a stack of subscriptions that almost fit, plus a spreadsheet holding the rest together. That gap is where the time goes — and it is exactly the gap worth building into.

When you call Level Up Technologies, you get a real person who knows your business and your building. I do the work myself, onsite, across Frankfort and Central Kentucky — running cable, setting up networks, cleaning up the wiring nobody's touched in years, building websites, and keeping the everyday tech working so you don't have to think about it.
No scripts, no runaround, no long-term contracts. Just honest recommendations, clean work, and a partner who's still here when you need the next thing.
No jargon, no pressure. Here's exactly what working with me looks like.
Call, email, or send a request and tell me what's going on — what's working, what isn't, and what you wish were easier.
I look at your setup — network, devices, internet, website, Google — and give you a clear, plain-English plan. No cost, no pressure.
I do the actual work, onsite or remote — install, wire, fix, connect, configure — and make sure it all works together.
You get back to running the business, with one partner keeping the tech running and one number to call when you need the next thing.
Plenty of companies will set something up and hand you the keys. I'm the opposite — local, hands-on, and around for the long haul.
Book a free consultation. I'll tell you honestly what's worth doing — and what I'd handle for you.
Tell me what's on your plate — the network that keeps dropping, the wiring nobody's touched in years, the site you never finished, the tech you're tired of babysitting. I'll tell you honestly what's worth doing and what I'd handle for you.
