My clients are small businesses across Central Kentucky — contractors, shops, service companies. The kind of operation where technology is supposed to stay out of the way so the actual work can happen.

I'm the one who answers the phone and the one who shows up. If I can't solve something, I say so rather than billing you to find out.

That's the whole difference. A bigger outfit routes you through a ticket system and bills the hour either way. I'd rather tell you a job isn't worth doing and keep you as a customer for the next one.

I trained in electronics at RETS Electronic Institute and earned my associate degree. I have been fixing this equipment since before most offices had email.

Before Level Up Technologies, I spent fifteen years in corporate IT for an international packaging company, working up from technician to running IT operations for plants across the Americas. I have moved entire sites onto new systems without stopping production, and that is the same instinct I bring to a small office: keep it working, and do the risky part carefully.
